Executive Producer Joe Killian and his team enlisted Oscar-award winning director Morgan Neville (Twenty Feet from Stardom, Won’t You Be My Neighbor) for the project, brought Netflix on board, and oversaw production of the documentary. The resulting film is an intimate portrait of one of the last true rock n’ roll legends, providing an unparalleled look into his career, his creative process, and his lifelong love of music.
